School again next week. Oh fudge. We're going to be in our new classes as preparation for next year. And you know what that means? Different people. Yep, there is a chance I will not very often have to see the people I have come to dislike in my current classes anymore. And the thought of that alone, is enough to make the dread of going back not so bad. I'll let you know how things go :)
I swear I am the worst person ever at waving away distractions. I'm supposed to be concentrating on Biology with my exam coming up but instead, I sit here drooling over Rachel Bilson's wardrobe. Hopeless, I know.

By the way, anyone else watching Hart of Dixie, Rachel's new show? It's pretty good! My friend got me hooked on it just in time for exams whoopee. Any who, think I like the show so much 'cause I can relate to the main character. New girl in a town where he doesn't get along with everyone. Constantly trying to fit in and impress people and failing miserably. Feels familiar if you replace 'town' with 'school'. But you know what? This year is almost over and the next is only a month and a half away. So screw whatever I've gone through this year, 2012 I hope you have some changes up your sleeve!

I have gained 2 kilos since September.
Good news #1:
I've finally got my first job where I can work, work, work and burn those kilos right off!
Bad news #2:
All my friends are going on holidays this summer- except me.
Good news#2:
Did I mention I have a new job where I can work, work, work and keep myself occupied?

Good afternoon lovelies :) Thought I'd just do a quick post on a lazy Monday afternoon. A little update of what's going on in my world, my exams are in two weeks and I haven't even started revising but on the happy side, I got a job! My very first I'm proud to say and I'm so excited to begin :) With all my friends going on holidays this summer I really needed something to keep me occupied and this was perfect <3
Any who, let's move onto TURBAN HEADBANDS. If you can't tell already from the caps, I WANT ONE. No wait, not one, BUT A FEW. In different colours and patterns to go with just about every outfit :) Now while I was surfing for these lovely pictures below, I found that these headbands are around $20 at the stores so if you're like me and don't like spending over 5 bucks on a headband (10 if you really, really like it and know you'll need it to survive some day), I suggest to get creative and make your own!
Again, if you're like me and are absolutely talent-less at anything DIY, do not fear! It's easy as, takes about five minutes and costs nothing. Just grab a pretty piece of scrap material (or cut it out of something you know you won't be wearing, great way to make something useless into useful) and get onto watching this great tutorial I found on Youtube :) I'll be doing it too, just got to go find my material! Hello gorgeous ones! It's the last day of the holidays and here I am sitting at my laptop with my face smeared with lemon juice and honey. It's a home facial that's supposed to clear your skin and make it glow and it seems to be doing not bad. Of course, the lemon really dries out the skin so I've got to moisturize really well afterwards. Any who, I'm a bit lazy today with the oh-no-school's-starting-blues so I've just got some pretty pictures that I've been looking at for inspiration <3
For those of you who are already in college or uni, I am sooo jealous! I'm so sick of wearing a school uniform every single day. It is impossible to look good :/ Cannot wait for the day when I'll get to wake up in the morning and be able to decide what I'm going to wear to be the hottest chick at uni! Haha I WISH :)
I'm praying this coming term's a good one for me, the last two were let's say...not so good. Oh and I would love to hear about what you lucky guys like wearing to school/college/uni/work, etc. in the comments :) x
