Oh Summer, Summer, wherefore art thou Summer? Oh, there you are!

Well hello my lovely readers,
Summer here has been quite crappy since the season began, but yesterday, it was beautiful :)
Today it is too, but I'm stuck indoors because I have a stomach ache and am trying to squeeze in some studying (which I should be doing right now :S) before school starts next week (ugh!).

Moving on about yesterday, we were finally able to go to that Water Park that we had planned to go to three weeks ago (but canceled due to the cold weather), and it was SO MUCH FUN!
It was really nice to see my parents canoeing together too :)

Any who, I'll leave you wonderful lot with  two quotes from my English teacher at coaching, who in my opinion, comes from a totally different breed of educators,
"If you don't have a dictionary, go buy one. But don't get those really big ones, 'cause you don't want to turn up to class looking like a complete nerd, because that's just not that cool."

"When writing a story, describe your setting, okay? Because if you don't, the teacher correcting your work will get confused, and teacher's don't like getting confused; we're just as dumb as everyone else."

Now there's something you don't hear everyday ;)

NEVER GIVE UP

The road that is built in hope is more pleasant to the traveler than the road built in despair, even though they both lead to the same destination.

-Marion Zimmer Bradley

The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.

-Winston Churchill

Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.

-Gail Devers

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've imagined. As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler.
