Rainy with a chance of chocolate cupcakes

The weather was crazy today. It was hot, yet the rain was so heavy! There was thunder and plenty of hail- and oh gosh, I have never seen hailstones that big! They were literally crashing down on my Mum's car that I thought they would break the windows- thank God they didn't :)

It was really cool to watch though, they hailstones resembled large snow flakes on the grass. I really wish it snowed here in Australia- that would be so cool :)

Any who, I went over to lesmagnifique's place today, we watched Zombie Land and 500 Days of Summer (yeah I know we're a bit late, but hey). Zombie Land was a good laugh and 500 days of Summer was really cute, Summer pissed me off a bit though when she invited Tom to the party but didn't tell him that she was engaged. Like what the hell? But yeah, really cute movie- with a sad/content ending. Which is good though, because it avoided the cliche's of most love stories.

I've just baked a batch of chocolate cupcakes. I wish I could say that I made them myself but unfortunately I'm a really crap cook- so I used one of those ready made mixes that you can get at the stores. They smell really good though! I think they've cooled down about now, I'll go prepare the icing- till next time :)
